    1. awesome! i just finished to kill a mockingbird as a school assignment! its such a good book!

yes, same! i love all the classics, but i’ve been reading so many of those lately, that i’ve taken a break from that and been reading mostly fantasy right now.

      1. Never had to read To Kill a Mockingbird for school. While I always enjoyed reading, I never was the biggest fan of required reads.

Narnia and Harry Potter were most responsible for my love for fantasy. As for the classics, it was a combo of A Christmas Carol and Les Misรฉrables

          1. In high school, I literally was telling myself I will never love a tragedy. That was part of the problem with high school required reads

By the way, Les Mis was what made me learn to love tragedy. Started on the musical and eventually read the book

            1. yes and even with books that have the potential to be good, the teachers drag it out so much that it isn’t interesting anymore ๐Ÿ˜‚

ya i can’t wait to watch the musical! i’ve already read the adbridged version of les mis, but now i’m reading the full version. me and my mom are going to watch it together soon.

                    1. Might have to miss yet another opportunity to see Hamilton

Only because 2022– I have 3 musicals I am trying to get to next year. Ones I really want to see- can’t add a possible 4th

  3. Nice post! I read the Divergent series and it was so good!! The last book I didnโ€™t like too much at first, but by the end I accepted it. Hey, Les Misรฉrables! I watched the movie with my mom, and we have tickets to see the play at a local theater this summer, but Iโ€™ve never read the book. I plan to though!

      1. Ikr!? Yes, the movie is good!! Make sure there are no distractions around you because it ruins the “vibe”. My sister talked through the whole movie and so I couldn’t dive in as much as I would have liked.๐Ÿ˜” Also there are parts to skip, buuut it’s still rly good! Reading the book is one of my goals for the year!
